Yu-Hsien Interior Design & Dec. Co., Ltd. was founded in 2016 by architect Po-Yu Lin. Our practice spans high-end residential, corporate workplaces, commercial spaces, and religious and cultural institutions. With a profound understanding of building regulations, tectonic structures, detailing, and functional requirements, we navigate challenges across varying scales with precision. We translate rigorous spatial thinking into refined design gestures, delivering precise solutions for clients across diverse sectors.
We place great emphasis on the dialogue between spaces, from circulation systems to material detailing. Beyond proposing aesthetic concepts, we are dedicated to crafting fluid, transparent, and highly cohesive spatial qualities. Furthermore, we integrate the principles of traditional geomancy (Yang Zhai Form School), synthesizing historic wisdom with contemporary design to deliver forward-looking, integrated solutions.

40+ years of practice
Founded in Kaohsiung in 1983 by Tzu-Sen Lin, the practice has developed over four decades through work across residential, commercial, cultural, religious, educational, and mixed-use projects. In 2006, Po-Yu Lin joined the firm, expanding its leadership and helping shape its design direction. In 2024, with the addition of Po-Han Lin, the practice entered a new phase as SEN+.
Moving forward, SEN+ builds on this foundation with a clearer contemporary identity: grounded in experience, open to new tools, and focused on architecture that remains close to people, place, and daily life.
