Firm History and Brand Revitalization
December 14, 2025

Founded in Kaohsiung in 1983 by architect Tzu-Sen Lin, the firm has spent over forty years cultivating a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, cultural, religious, and educational architecture. Building upon a profound foundation of practice, the studio has completed more than 2,000 projects to date.
In 2006, architect Po-Yu Lin joined the practice, leading to the establishment of Lin & Lin Architects. In 2024, with the addition of architect Po-Han Lin, the practice enters a new era, officially rebranding as SEN+.
The name SEN+ represents both continuity and renewal. "SEN" derives from the character "Sen" (森) in the founder Tzu-Sen Lin's name, anchoring the practice to its origin while symbolizing the collective growth and strength of a forest. The "+" signifies the depth accumulated through decades of professional practice, alongside an openness toward the future—new collaborations, expanded horizons, and the continuous exploration of architectural possibilities.
Today, grounded in over forty years of practice, SEN+ continues to respond to people, place, and the everyday through architecture.
